The absolute worst facility. Elevator has been broken for at LEAST 3 weeks, making everyone have to carry couches, tvs, and other very heavy things down multiple flights of stairs. No climate control, mouse traps everywhere with mice in them. Wish I could give 0 stars
Great service. The U-Haul call center mixed up our reservation (even though we called to confirm the day before), but the staff here still got us the trailer we needed. And fast. Many thanks to them! I highly recommend this location.
