drum up fake charges about tank not being full. never called to tell us, just charged us. do not deal with these guys. take your business elsewhere
Very professional, and GREAT prices- how is U-Haul even still in business with a company like Penske around?
Online reservation process was simple and easy. When I arrived they had everything ready to go and the process was super quick and easy. The truck was clean, drove well, and was perfect for what I needed to haul. A very good renting experience at a fair price. This was my second penske rental and I'll go back again when I need my next truck rental.
Clean trucks lots of options. Very fair to work with explained everything clearly and provided excellent service. 4th time I have used penskee and first time using this location. They are easier to deal with then others and have a clean fleet.
