Their service is always prompt and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I think I have rented from Park Avenue U-haul over the years at least 5-7 times. They have remained consistent throughout. So, thank you for that.
This was by far the worst customer experience I've ever had. Made a reservation for a storage unit and when I walked in they couldn't find it. Ended up going for a bigger unit but their credit card machine wasn't working apparently. But what really made me give this review one star was the manager. I've never seen someone act so unprofessionally in a work setting. Manager called me "ignorant" and said she didn't have the patience to help me. She then proceeded to walk out of the store while muttering insults under her breath! At that point I told my mother that I didn't want to do business with this company. Probably won't ever do buissness with U-Haul again.
I have always had a good experience with this U-Haul. They have actually now made it even more convenient to even get your deposit back by just doing it through their new phone app.
