Out Back Storage is so convenient!!! Right in the middle of everything and another good thing is they are attached to the Enterprise Truck Rental Building. How convenient is that? They have a 24 hour kiosk that makes it so easy to sign up for a unit and make payments any time of the day or night. Its a well lighted and gated facility for security. Very CLEAN too!!!!!

So this place claims to be a 24/7 storage place. On a last minute situation I needed to put some of my stuff and my fiancee's things in storage, which Out Back seemed great as it has a 24/7 contact number and it was a Sunday afternoon at like 5 pm. The kiosk was broken and there was no way to get in! There's a 24/7 number to call/text, so I did. When they finally got back to me (it was a lady, I do not remember the name). She told me she was out of town and essentially "tough luck." If this is a 24/7 facility shouldn't there be someone there to speak with 24/7? So rude! Had to find a friends apartment to put my stuff away and am SO glad I didn't give these people my money!
