Bill did a great job restringing my 55-year-old Wurlitzer spinet. My parents went into debt to buy it for me and while not the best piano in the world, it had great sentimental value. The sound is amazing now and Bill went the extra mile to make it like new--even scrubbed the pedals and made them shine like the day it was purchased. Bill is flexible, friendly, and extremely helpful! I called him in the morning asking about a possible piano at Goodwill, and by 1:00 I had bought a piano from him and gotten it moved into my house. Not only was he able to immediately tell me exactly what was wrong with the piano at Goodwill (because he donated it), but he also offered me a nicer piano in better condition with tuning and moving for a better price. He also offered to fix anything that came up with the piano for free. On top of that, he's hilarious. Never a dull moment!
