Great service from people. Had some computer issues that caused the transaction to take too long.
Now I'm going to spend my Saturday under my vehicle securing wires and reinstalling my trunk appolstery that I had paid uhaul to do properly but wasn't done.
The U-Haul location that I have rented the vehicle is awesome and the vehicle and the service are flawless. I will recommend this place to my friends.
Really professional, rented a trailer and on my way in 5 min, was by far the easiest and fastest rental I've done and returning it was also a breeze. Jeffery and I believe the other gentle was Kevin but I can be wrong were great. Definitely will come back to this location!
Horrible!!!! Poor customer service. Further, elevator is not operable and they have made zero attempts to assist with getting items moved. I have been a customer for over two years!!!! Simply horrible.
Well, I have a mixed opinion on uhaul right now. Here is my story. I went in to get a trailer wiring harness installed on my Honda Civic on 6/30 for which I self installed the hitch. Customer service was outstanding (why this review is a 2/5 and not a 1/5) and was able to get the part and work me into the busy schedule. I got my car back in a timely manner, but when I returned home to get a closer look at the vehicle, the wiring to the battery from the rear of the vehicle was so loose that it was almost hitting the pavement. It was only secured with two zip ties.So wiring underneath the vehicle is not a big deal, but it was so loosely attached that any stick I could have run over could have ripped the whole wiring system out. Additionally, the rear panels of my trunk were not properly reinstalled and were hanging out from the edges.
Thankfully the system worked properly with my trailer, but it was a very sloppy, rushed, not properly done job. I would not take my vehicle back to this shop to get additional work.
