Great place to take my car for repairs
I had work done not covered by insurance; they quoted me the best quote in town, scheduled me at my earliest convenience, contacted me with continual updates, quickly fixed the issue with wonderful customer support and the quote was the exact final price. My jeep looked amazing, perfect condition plus they washed and vacuumed it before i picked it up, which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!!
I took my vehicle for a (non-insurance) repair to the front bumper, choosing Sandrof because they are members of the Retail Merchants Association and Buy Local Lynchburg. I had never had any work done by them; however, I was not disappointed! My car looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Because I am a woman, and because I was paying for this out of my own pocket, I was pleasantly surprised at the estimate when I took it in for the initial consultation. In addition, I was given a lifetime warranty. I will always continue to support local, independent businesses because they are the backbone of our community. Thank you for a job well done. I will recommend Sandrof Auto Body without hesitation!
VERY nice people but....had to take my car back twice after repair. They did stand by their warranty, as they should. But too many mistakes were made on my last repair.
