Most likely first and last stop to Jiffy Lube. Employees are courteous, but policies of Jiffy Lube try to force services I don't want or need. Too much emphasis on invoicing.
Told my radiator cap wouldn't hold pressure. It holds pressure fine.
Nice waiting lobby, coffee and password protected internet available.
Prices discussed before service performed.
Do not go here! If I could give zero stars I would. For the second time going here, I was scammed trying to convince me that my air filter needed to be changed. It didn't. They showed me an air filter that looks NOTHING like the one that goes in my car. They show you this nasty air filter. I had my boyfriend check my air filter right after we left, and it was perfectly fine. Do not let them trick you!
Went there today and left. The manager is definitely not a car person. How he got that job! After two frustrating attempts to explain what a standard transmission is, what viscosity is and show the service person how to raise the hood, I gave up.
Windows washed as part of service, but had to stop on the way back to clean again.
Went to have them fix a small problem about a month or two ago that I knew existed. Said they would have to take apart my dash to fix it. Then said doing it myself with youtube would be better. Had to do it myself.
Now the negatives...
24.99 to rotate tires, it's all labor, astronomical price.
Price in the upper range of what I suspected.
GSR tried to force me to synthetic oil, once AFTER I said I wanted conventional.
Let me also say, I normally do my own oil. Happened to be out of town when maintenance light came on.

The guy who checked me out after my oil change stood entirely too close to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I proceeded to ask if they offer student discounts (because the auto shop I went to last year offered it) and he said that they charge more for students because he knows they have a lot of money to blow (so not true, I'm broke). Then he asked where I go and I told him Liberty. He told me he doesn't like Liberty. He gave no indication he was joking at all. So he basically was discriminating against me because I go to a school he (supposedly) doesn't like. Then he tells me I look like I go to high school and asked if I go to EC Glass. This was offensive because I'm 24 and married. You don't point it out to a stranger that they look like they are a HS student. That's rude. I felt uncomfortable the whole time and will not be going back to that location because of that experience.
