Quick and no haggle
A friend recommended Babcocks to me and I am so glad she did! Mr. Babcock is a fair and honest business man. He doesn't fix things that don't need to be repaired (for instance, I had a leaking valve gasket - he replaced the one that was leaking, but didn't do the other one as it is holding up fine. And the one that wasn't leaking is the harder one to get to which would have meant more money for him. His team of mechanics is accurate and prompt. I had several different issues with two cars this summer and as I was taking one in and picking it up, he handed me an envelop. When he had replaced a part on one of the vehicles it didn't work, so he ordered another - turned out the second was cheaper, but the invoice didn't get marked. They caught it and he gave me back the difference. WOW!
Been taking all my vehicles to them for 5 years and love them. They do fast work, and are honest!!
