This is a great shop, top rating for character and work well performed on my daughter's Jeep Liberty. My daughter attends Liberty University and is far enough from home where I cannot keep an eye on the condition of her vehicle. I searched for shops near Liberty and Larrys came up as the #1 recommended on Yelp. I called, spoke to Heath and made an appointment within an hour or two of my call.
I've been a customer of Larry's Tire since 2010. Heath and Chris at the front are both very professional and knowledgeable. I've always appreciated the promptness of their service and how they go the extra mile to create a positive customer experience. Their prices are very reasonable and I've never once felt pressured. My kids also love the free popcorn!

The issue was a rear window motor failing as she was unable to raise the window to close. The mechanics found that a connection has become disconnected and were able to quickly fix it. She was only charged a labor charge and no parts. A dishonest shop could have charged her a lot more and acted like they put in new parts. This shop is honest and helpful!
