I went to Jay for a full pre-purchace inspection of a used Mazda, his team had a good look at it and upon not finding any issues with the car didn't charge me the full $80 but instead the $40 price of a minor inspection because it wasn't a job that required as much work as a normal full inspection. Jay did the job quick and well! Great guy!

Jay and his team go above and beyond my expectations. I am a first time BMW owner and I went to Jays for the first time in the past week, he resolved any of the issues I was having and educated me on what to expect and our next steps to take to ensure my vehicle drove at 100 percent. Jay also gave me his cell number featured on his business card and told me to call him if anything went wrong at anytime and to leave a voicemail if he didn't respond and he would try to call me back. I drove through some of the flood in NC due to Hurricane Mathew on Saturday and Sunday and Needless to say I called Jay around 4pm that Sunday due to my car knocking hard and sputtering. He called me back and diagnosed my vehicle with what little information I provided him. He was right and it was just my MAP sensor. So I disconnected my MAP sensor and I will be taking my car in to him today because of his extraordinary services and his knowledge of BMW. Thank you Jay and your team. God bless.
Relatively new to the Lynchburg area (3 yrs) and have been taking my 1999 Mercedes 300TD to Jays for a little over 1 year. After trying about 6 auto repair shops in the area, Jays is by far the best. They have done an excellent job with replacing the drive shaft, new rotors and brakes, check engine light diagnosis/repair and AC service on my vehicle. They stand behind their work!!
