I cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Rick and his staff enough. My rabbit fell ill, they did not have any appointments available, but they said to bring him on in anyway. They watched him day and night, cared for him like he was one of their own, they called me multiple times a day to update me, and attempted to heal him before conducting surgery. They worked with him for 5 days straight, completed surgery with such care, and literally saved my rabbits life. I will be grateful for the REST of my life for the amazing staff at Animal Hospital of Lynchburg. To top it off, their prices are extremely reasonable. God bless everyone there!
It's difficult to find a veterinarian in this area that is knowledgeable regarding the medical care of Guinea pigs. My Guinea pig had been showing symptoms for several weeks and I had taken her to my regular vet, who I had used for 5 years for general care and had found quite adequate in the past, but was unavailable for an immediate appointment, so I contacted Animal Hospital of Lynchburg, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for me. Dr. Krason was EXCELLENT!!!! He examined my pet thoroughly and explained to me what my options for care were. NEVER did he say,"this is what you have to do." I can't imagine why another person gave them one star and said their daughter had been, "taken advantage of!" Lynchburg Animal Hospital will be my new first choice for the care of my pets.
