It is the best Y in Lynchburg if you are using gym equipment and nothing else.
Good gym for weight lifting. Good free weights and other equipment, clean, and not too busy.
Very nice staff, clean facilities and useful machines and work out areas. They even have private changing/shower rooms!
I typically go early morning on the weekends and am to use the equipment with little to no wait times. facilities are always clean.
