Great service
Kind of confusing but the Greyhound is temporarily (?) picking people up at the bus station across from the train station.
Polite and friendly staff
The buses stink and they look like everything in them needs to be steam cleaned. They are never on time and when your bus breaks down and your trip can't be completed you end up being stuck at a bus station in the middle of your destination trying to find a way home. And FORGET about a refund cause that will NEVER happen! And this station in Lynchburg is NEVER open so make sure your ride is there when that bus comes or you will just be stuck sitting outside.
