Pulled on the lot the other day and It was a great experience! Wendell greeted me on the lot with the utmost respect and was eager to help me find exactly what I needed. They have a great selection and I would recommend them to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle. Wendell was my salesman and I've never dealt with such a great salesman before. Amazing as always Christie & Joe are the absolute best. Most companies don't recognize when they have a team like these two representing their company. Christie has been taking care of me since day one. She is consistant in the level of service she provides. I witnessed Joe as he entered to tell customer their vehicle was ready. Address everyone in the room to make sure we were all ok so impressive & he even told the next person what was left & how much longer they would wait. I so appreciate the service team these two are exceptional.
If you are in the market for a car, I highly highly suggest Kia of Lynchburg. We passed up on about 6-7 other dealerships before finding this one and I'm glad we did. They were straight up with all the questions we had, professional and didn't put any pressure on us when it came to the vehicle we wanted. I've been driving for 25 years and have been into a few dealerships but this one was the best hands down. Going to a dealership can be a stressful time but not here. I will be buying another car from them in the very near future, hopefully this time next year or before.

They listened to my needs and took my budget as a post college graduate into consideration all while helping to find me the best model that would suit me. They went above and beyond to help me, offered me their 100% best service, and never pressured me into walking away with something that I couldn't afford or see myself in.
