My experience with Apple Ford from the purchase of my 2016 Expedition El to the service (routine oil changes- The Works) that I have received have been nothing but the best. This is my third Expedition that I have purchased at Apple and I have had an excellent relationship with the Management and the Service Departments on each one. I can honestly say that they appreciated my business and took care of all my issues with each vehicle. Whenever I buy another Expedition, I will certainly be shopping at Apple Ford of Lynchburg. This was my first time buying a vehicle and I could not be more pleased! I was only planning on test driving a Ford Explorer, but the salesperson, Kent was so helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me into purchasing and answered all my questions. The manager, Cam, also assisted in answering some of my questions and concerns. They were also concerned for me and my family’s well being while at the dealer and offered drinks and snacks. The financial person, Robert, was very informative and kept us laughing through the whole signing process. I’ve purchased ford before, but this dealer has been by far the most professional, educated, and friendly group of people.
