We own a 2013 Honda Pilot and brought it to Billy Craft for the first time at around 60k miles for an electrical problem. At that time the service department informed me that the car was due for 60k mile service as well as warranty repair for leaky bushings. When we got the car following the work the dealership performed the car was not the same. At 45 mph there is a terrible vibration in the front end and the vehicle felt dangerous to drive. Upon returning the car to the dealership they surmised that the problem at that point was a leaky axle boot (so I suppose they overlooked that only 1 week before). They did not have the part and we had to schedule a 3rd appointment which was today. The service department just called and informed me that the tires needed to be balanced (they rotated the tires at the 60k service and did not bother to check if they were balanced! That service was $775!) and that a bearing might be bad in the front right wheel which would run another $265 to fix. I told them to pull the car off the lift and to perform no further repairs. I am going to find a competent mechanic to take care of the problem. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Extremely disappointed!

Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The car was beautifully detailed. We were very pleased with our experience and look forward to many years with our 2018 CRV EXL!
