Absolutely disgusting. And when I informed them of this. And how sick the food had made at first she claimed that I had eaten all of it well clearly that was a lie because both containers were full. I showed her how disgusting the food looked and she looked at me like I was stupid. So after not eating but maybe a handful of bites and getting sick they refused to refund my money and threatened to call the cops all because I got sick off of their food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT IS NASTY THERE. Rat droppings and roaches. I will report this also.
They dont deliver even 5 mins up the road... They put it in gps and then say they dont know where... They always make the wrong food and never own up to there mistakes... It is crap dont spend your money there!!!! Food is great but the people are dumb!!!
I am a long time fan of "Trust". Had been a faithful customer until my eating habits changed. Decided to visit them after a year or two. (11/12017 I returned. Was very pleased that my call in order was ready but OMG!!! The food was not the same. I am so disappointed in the quality of the meal. I ordered a large vegetable egg foo young with two egg rolls. The egg foo young patties were over cooked, looked like burnt circles, I could not identify a vegetable, and the egg rolls were not fresh. I am so, so disappointed, but glad to know for $11, I won't be back, not even for "FREE". I don't know what happened but something bad has changed. I read the previous reviews but needed to see for myself.
I live 2.2 miles from the store. They refuse to deliver. I previously lived 10 minutes away, and they would always deliver. Sounds like they just won't deliver to "this side of town". Sad. I used to have great things to say about them.
