To high prices and not good service or food.
Some of their pasta is good...love the NY style pizza. Should consider opening up the back room for acoustic entertainment and a wine bar. Pretty old-fashioned & outdated atmosphere. Every time I've been there the giant tv is blaring some boring sports which I must endure while attempting to enjoy my meal. Why not put the TV on YOUTUBE & select some smooth jazz or something?

I ordered food from Monte Carlo yesterday evening. They gave me the wrong dressing with my salad, but I understand mistakes happen. The food many reviewed on google say that they have "authentic" Italian. If my lasagna was authentic, the so is Chef Boyardee. It was more soup than it was lasagna. Not a fan.
