First Off I must emphasize that i have been a loyal long time Costumer of Bojangles and My rating this establishment a 4 instead of a 1 is Because of Dedicated and Master Chef Worthy Cook by the name Is Ms.Zandra..This New Cook Ms.Zandra Has Brought The true 'Bo Time' Back to Bojangles...the Care she Puts into to making sure she serves Fresh Lettuce and Tomatoes. I drive ALL the way across town just to get home and see instead of two different meals with completely different sides this was replaced WITH two identical meals now please explain to me how it was even made that way by the person packaging the food ? I called asked for a member of management was hit with she busy can I take your number.... No you can't I just drove ALL the way across town with wrong food I want her now..... When the manager on duty answered I asked how how could it happen she said the owner came in and changed her crew around and this WAS the aftermath of his changes... My parting thoughts..... Never eat there again because the owner DIDN'T TRUST his managers he hired to do their jobs and the person reading the screen needs to be promoted to guest !!
