I purhcased several weeks ago over the phone, after seeing their ad in the newspaper (I live in Rockbridge VA, close to an hour from the store). After several phone calls & many website visits, I decided to take the leap and purchsaed over the phone becuz their prices beat all of the local guys! I received my receipts through e-mail immediately, & my mattres was delivered a day early the following week! I was nervous having never been to the store, but I couldn't be more pleased with my experience....and I LOVE the mattres! maybe next we'll order some furniture as well. I hope to be able to visit the store one day soon.
Wonderful customer service, fantastic attention to our concerns and needs, honest and fair prices. After visiting a nearby mattress dealer, I walked into the Simply Sleep store and immediately could tell a difference. Tyre is strait-forward and knowledgable. You don't have to endure any games or uncomfortable blubbering about how he can cut you a deal even though it's going to hurt his commission. He is professional and courteous, respectful and incredibly helpful. Choose these guys, they know their stuff and they are a small family business, so when you shop with them you build the Lynchburg community.
I had an incredible experience here in terms of customer service and overall quality. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't try to pressure me into anything - he helped me find the mattress I needed. I will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends and family. Very affordable too!
