We went to Lowe's last Sunday to order blinds. Fran helped us each step of the way. She was patient with us as we discussed what we wanted, she helped us pick out the right blinds, even labeling them for which room they went in so we wouldn't be confused when we brought them home, and helped us make the best decisions and save quite a bit of money in the process. We also paid for installation, and it was a great decision. Installation was cheaper than others in the area, and the installer was able to come out the next day and had 19 blinds hung in less than two hours. We had a great experience from start to finish!

Waiting outside for the doors to be unlocked while the employee yacks it up on a personal phone call. Store opens @ 6:00a.m. not 6:10! Madison Heights location is much better!
Store manager Justin M. is a wonderful person and very helpful and he listens and he is very nice I wish every store had a good person like this.
