My father shops at this store in Lynchburg, VA as much as he can when he's in town. He loves the Customer Service because the people are so friendly and helpful and he loves the prices because they are so low. He also loves the products because they are such good quality. Highly recommend this store especially when you can use the coupons!
They have a good and affordable selection of hand tools and accessories. I'm not too sure I would trust the quality of the more expensive power tools or load-bearing items. However their more basic items seem to be a good value.
Good quality tools at great prices if you use a coupon. If you find something you like be sure to pull up mobile site to see if you can find a digital coupon for it before you buy it.

Great store and great value. Some of their stuff is junk, but keep your receipt and if it breaks, they refund or replace. Very professional. Most of their stuff is 90+% as good as what you'd get from expensive brands like snap-on or kobalt etc, but for 10% of the price. Take advantage of their coupons!
