When I went in they said it would just be a minute. I sat down and after 35 minutes I left. If they had said it would be half an hour I would've came back later, but they didn't say anything like that. They did keep saying it was almost my turn. Never again will I go here! Don't bother.
This is a wonderful hair salon. It is clean, modern looking, and open at reasonable hours. Though the staff seems to change frequently, the stylists seem happy to see me every time I go in. I have never had to wait over 20 minutes. They do tell me if there are customers with appointments coming in. This lets me know if I should come back later or make an appointment for another day.
