The store manager is unbelievably rude and does not seem to have any concept about how to treat customers. I only go once in a while because I like to get pedis with my mom and she loves one of the technicians, Randy. He is warm and funny and does an excellent job. He deserves a 5 star review, her negative star rating brings the experience to about a 2.
I have been going to "Tony" for years. He does the best acrylic nails in town. I agree his wife is not the friendliest. The technicians and pedicures are amazing. 1.5 hrs for an organic scrub. I usually take at least 3 people and call ahead. They are always ready for me. She does a great job managing time. If this was my job running a business 24/7, I wouldnt always be cheery. I owned a business and understand. At least she is herself. Southerners can seem wonderful and turn around and talk crap. Just saying. When we go to tony we have a great time and they are also my neighbor.
My sister went here and received horrible service. They clumped the gel on the ends of her nails and you could see through the rest of it. Her toenails had the top coat clumped on and when she asked if they could fix this they wouldn’t. They said it was the way her nails were shaped (even though they are flat so that makes no sense). She’s never had a problem getting her nails painted anywhere else. They wouldn’t fix her nails or refund her. It was also way over priced. They were SO rude to her and she will never be going back. Don’t bother going to this place if you want your nails done right!!
I had never been here so this morning when my normal shop was already packed I drove across town to World Nails. I walked in and asked if I could get a fill-in, pedicure, and eyebrows. The lady was very rude and acted as if she didn't want to serve me. I work hard for my money and refuse to spend it in places like this! I will return!
I have visited this nail salon on several occasions and have let greatly disappointment by the poor costumer service given from the owners of this establishment. On one particular visit, my family and I were walk-ins to the salon seeking basic manicures in celebration of my daugter's birthday. We were not greeted upon entry, waited several minutes before anyone inquired our needs and once we shared our needs, the owner walked away without direction and continued another customer while the other owner sat in his seat in his phone. We waited and waited, inquired again and still ignored. We chose to take out business to another salon who valued our money. This was just one instance out of many. They will never have the pleasure of receiving my hard earned money.
