Always good service....we have a morning bible study there weekly...we are always welcomed with open arms and smiles.
Standard Panera which is both a plus (consistent quality) and a minus (nothing new). I've only done pickup from this location, but my food was always ready on time and the portions were average to slightly above average.
Drive through orders have been repeatedly screwed up. Check your bags carefully before driving off. The manager has been very good about making it right, however, much to their credit.
As good as any other Panera and they do table side service. You don't always get that. Been here multiple times and never had a bad experience.
I went through the drive through and it took over 20 minutes! The food was good, but it's just standard Panera food. Why have a Drive thru if it's going to be this long?! Unacceptable
