Great customer service. Sweet groomers and the business is very clean and smells wonderful. My dogs were very happy and looked great! Made future appointments and plan to have the same groomer each time. Awesome place.
I took my dog here while in Lynchburg for a holiday and not only did the grooming run about 30 minutes late, making me miss a conference call, but I got Sadie back with various cuts all over her body and she looked absolutely horrible. It took her about 3 months to recover. While I was waiting ages for the groomer to finish, a lady called saying her dog hadn't been bathed earlier that day. Don't bring your dog here - unprofessional and they do an absolutely terrible job.

They offer the best services for your pet and an outstanding assortment of retail products such as clothes for your pet, health products, jewelry, photography, etc. They treat your pet as if it were their own child. I've been taking my long-haired Chihuahua to Steph's Bubbles and Bows for more than three years now. Tammy does an excellent job everytime and remembers exactly how I want him cut! I highly recommend her!
