Now I know which of the two Papa Johns near my house is better, it's not this one.

Ordered a pizza & was told 30-40 minute wait time.
If I could give this store no stars at all I definitely would. The general manager there Cary is his name should not be in management he is rude and does not solve problems as a manager should . He was rude very disrespectful and they steal money. His manager at night time is rude he cussed at my husband and myself. I'm a manager myself and I would never cuss at none of my customers Papa Johns will never get any of my services again!!!! Nasty store and very rude people and wait time is outrageous a hour and forty five minutes when they have all them people standing around doing nothing it's a shame !!!!
An hour later I call and am told the driver got in a fender bender and would be another 10 minutes
Made pizza and forgot the cheese. Then rebaked it and made dough tough.
Called and was put on hold for 5 minutes. Wad told my order (1 small pizza) would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Came 20 minutes after the call, was told my pizza hadnt even been started. Paid for my unstarted pizza and was told 20-25 minutes. Came 20 minutes afterwards and was told it still hadnt been started.
20 minutes pass and the guy shows up at my door with the pizza. I hand him my card and he says "We don't take card, you'll have to call the restaraunt." I told him they might have mentioned this an hour and a half ago. I say "Nevermind." And shut the door.
