I called at 6pm on Saturday. An employee picked up the phone, said that they're closed, and slammed the phone down, without and explanation. I called back, wondering why they would be closed at 6 and the same thing happened, except with more sass. People like her should not be working with customers.
Terrible customer service... Called 3 times and they hung up on me and then when I finally got through they told me that I'm out of the delivery zone although they deliver to Lynchburg college which is literally 2 streets over.....!!! Terrible!
Saw there were bad reviews and think they were petty af.
Literally just spent over an hour driving all over Lynchburg trying to find you people. Stopped at another Domino's and that were no help. Never got my pizza. Wasted my gas and time on my day off, ruined lunch, and I will not be shopping here again.
