It took a little over a month to get my ring back, but oh my goodness was it worth the wait! It is absolutely beautiful. The woman that does Bowen's hand engraving is so talented. My monogram covered the whole face of the ring (which is oval shaped) with interlocking letters in an intricate design. It's an old ring with an art deco style that has scroll-type detailing on the band so the new engraving really makes the whole ring a one of a kind piece of art. Overall I had a great experience working with Bowen and I will definitely return for future services. If you need something engraved, I highly recommend going to see them first!

I had a really great experience with Bowen recently. I had a signet ring engraved at a chain jewelry store and I was really disappointed in the results, to say the least. I took my ring to Bowen to see what they could do to fix it. Tanya was so friendly and helpful and together we decided hand engraving would be the best way to go after the first engraving was removed.
I was shopping jewelry stores for days and was so turned off by the impersonality of the mall stores, that stepping into Bowen's felt like a breath of fresh air. The staff was extremely friendly and waited on me as if I was a part of their family. I couldn't find an engagement ring that spoke to me but Mr. Bowen went out of his way to help me design a custom ring that was unique and singular within my price range. Best of all, my fiance liked the ring too!
I took a ring to them that had been repaired at another jeweler. This other jeweler had nearly ruined my ring, and before Bowen even agreed to work on it, they advised me to take it back and see about getting my money refunded. I was impressed that they didn't simply want my money and business. They did a tremendous job on the ring and it looks fantastic! Their prices were resonable and their service was wonderful.
