My absolute favorite place to train in mixed martial arts. I've been to many gyms from Virginia to New York to Los Angeles and RAM is my favorite. It's great having UFC fighters come to visit and train as well. Great for children, adults, people wanting to get into shape and/or learn how to defend themselves, or those wanting to compete.
