I cannot honestly not say enough positive things about my experience with Iron & Grace. I started taking classes nearly a year ago, mainly on Saturdays. In the past few months, I have become far more of a regular attending 3 to 4 classes a week simply because I love it! In all of my years of working out in a group fitness setting, never have I had more fun, learned more and truly noticed the difference. I have gained strength and balance as well as knowledge from the incredible instructors at Iron & Grace. The location is very convenient, the studio is well equipped for all of my workout needs, and the owners are fantastic. I would recommend Iron and Grace to anyone.
Since moving to Lynchburg two years ago, Iron and Grace has become a 'happy place' for me, second only to my home! The environment is filled with positive energy, laughter, support, and is one that provides a healthy focus on becoming your best self. Alaya, Chad, and their experienced staff are exceptional. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place - do yourself a favor and go check it out! You will be glad you did :)
