I've used their service multiple times since being in Amherst and have never had service so poor in my life! They pick us up two to three times a week and all of a sudden their driver gets lost. I give them the phone number to call for directions and never receive the call for directions. I have tried calling them back and the man who answers simply places me on hold and never returns to the phone. They've hung up on me multiple times after we have waited in the rain for over 2 hours for a cab!!! Horrible service.
I had a horrible experience with yellow cab, the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I request a ride from Fort Hill Shopping Center and she stated that driver should arrive in less than 7 min. 10min passed, I called her back she said he's running late due to traffic (@3pm- I know traffic starts around 5pm). I call her back after waiting for 23min, she said the driver was on its way, he got lost. I called her back after waiting for 40min and told her that I should've called another cab, she yelled back at me saying call another ride and she hung up! I call back to speak to manager and she lied stating that she is the manager, I asked for the owner and she told me to stop wasting their time cause my concern will get no where and hung up! I will never ever use yellow cab service again!

I use the Yellow Cab every week to go work.They are on time. They have awesome drivers. If we have games or conferences going on in the city at Liberty . You will have a wait time. They have clean cabs . They have nice dispatchers. Yes you will have some slow service some times . You will have that with all City Cabs. Thumbs up. Keep up the good work.
