We have had two good experiences with Budget on Lakeside Dr. We've rented a van both times., It's been ready, clean and ready to go both times we rented. I think there is only one person working the desk, so be patient when calling. :)
There was nobody in the store. As in the doors were locked during business hours. When I called, they were completely unaware of the reservation I'd made and accused me of being at the wrong location.
Huge hassle renting from this place. It's not just the location per se, but the entire Budget rental experience (I rented two moving trucks). Completely unhelpful, dishonest, disorganized.
Car (large SUV) was ready as promised. Clean and quick in and out. If you plan to leave a vehicle there while you rent, be sure to check ahead as parking is limited.
