Travelbugs is AMAZING! We have been using Melissa for several years now and she has always provided outstanding service. Our Sandals vacations are a treat to ourselves for working such long hard hours all year. She finds us the best deal for our budget and desires so that we don't have to spend countless hours searching for ourselves. This year, the airlines made a mistake which left us with a 1 minute layover for our connecting flight. Melissa was so awesome in helping to resolve this issue! She worked it out so that we were able to fly out of Lynchburg (where we live), rather than Richmond at no extra charge to us! We have nothing but positive things to say about Travelbugs.
