Stopped by simply self storage today in need of a rescue space as my son is moving back home. Went through the process with Miss Kim Hogan and feel like I made a friend as we were filling out papers and just chatting. I have rented from simply self storage before and I've always enjoyed the cleanliness and the friendliness of the facility and staff!
We have used them in the past and also recently considering a spot for our camper during the winter...Kim was extremely helpful and friendly. Very safe and clean location. Absolutely using them for any future storage need!

We previously had a storage unit but sought to obtain a smaller unit and one closer to our current location. We called and met with Kim at Simply Self Storage, 22195 Timberlake Road. Kim agreed to hold a unit until Saturday. On Friday I had a busy day but realized I would need a copy of my renters insurance in just a few hours on Saturday. I called Kim to get the fax number etc. I told Kim I would try to make the call and get the info faxed over in preparation for Saturday check in. Kim took it upon herself to contact the storage unit office who currently had my insurance information and had them send it on over to her. She then sent my an email saying it was all take care of. Now that is customer service. Kim went our of her way to take care of my needs and I appreciate it. Thank you Kim!
We rented a unit to store some household items while we are preparing for a move. The lady (I think her name was Patricia) was very helpful, friendly and efficient. She explained everything thoroughly and showed us to our unit. So far it's been a great experience.
