We had a great experience here. Michelle took great care of my daughter, and did a very good job with her nails. We would definitely recommend this place. The staff is very friendly, and everything is very clean.

I had a bikini wax done at Personal Touch. The lady who did mine, Lindsey, did a great job. She made sure I was comfortable and was quick and efficient. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Besides that, though, there was a problem with scheduling. I had made an appointment for 11:30, and they switched my appointment to 11:15 but did not tell me. This resulted in me getting a text from them saying that I was a no-show for my appointment. Thankfully, we were able to resolve it, but they really need to be more organized and not switch customers' appointments without even asking them.
I treated myself to one Wednesday.
