Affordable place to live for sure for those who are looking for a place to live.
Mainly a rental company. Two mobile home parks close to office. Also Bennie's runs a row of efficiency rentals, which share the parking lot with the main office.
I love working with Bennie's. They are a local, family owned business, that works hard and does a great job. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a refurbished modular home!
