Don't force me to give you my contact information and phone number if I want to make a transaction or charge me for tracking when I wasn't even asked if I wanted tracking services or not. Your customer service agent, Angie, was curt, impolite and unhelpful when I simply asked why my phone number was needed. I don't appreciate the cool tone and condescending attitude. Additionally, the store was dirty and unorganized. I will not use this location again.
This is really a handy place! Machines are available for copying, mail boxes to rent, packages too send. The staff is helpful.
Horrible service. The old man in there had the worst customer service and doesn't know how to speak to anyone. I'd rather drive to another USPS location or use the UPS next door.
