I would highly recommend them. They responded to my initial call within the same day, and scheduled an appointment. I had called several others, and they were the only ones who got back to me. Even though the initial appointment didn't solve the problem (at no fault of their own), the technician Michael came back the same day to assess it. He was very thorough in explaining the problem, and my options for fixing it. Kind, courteous and respectful. A ten star company!
Before remodeling of the basement Ken and I had several meetings to discuss exactly how my wife and I would like the finished basement to be completed.
