DONT EVER USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES LOOKING WORSE THAN WHEN YOU SENT THEM IN AND DAMAGED!
that was a JOKE. $48 later, I get every shirt back with the tabs BENT, the collars pointing STRAIGHT out and MORE wrinkles actually PRESSED into the shirt than when I sent them in.
I sent in 15 shirts and a pair of pants for dry cleaning here. SIMPLY THE WORST QUALITY EVER. every single one of them came back with the same HORRID crease across the stomach and the seams on EVERY collar were pressed 2-3mm away from the stitching which makes the collars stick out like I am some las vegas pit boss in 1984.
This was explicitly after I had explained to them that if they pressed collars off the original seem, I didn't want to have my clothes cleaned there. they assured me they do not, and that they take special care to get the seams just right on collars.
Have been to Betty Brite several times and was happy with them- until now. Brought in some items including a coat. Specifically asked for the price of cleaning the coat and was given a certain price. When I went to pick the items up, the price for the coat was $10 higher than I was quoted! Asked about this, mentioning the price given, and was told "that's the price". Will go elsewhere from now on.
Price is way too high. Especially after you see the quality of the work. I saw nothing professional about this place and will not return.
