We are new to the area and needed HO insurance, Auto and Excess Liability. I visited all the major carrier agents in person, spent an hour or so with each and got quotes from them all. At Allstate we met Rebecca who also spent about an hour or so with us working up quotes. She was far and away the most pleasant person we spoke to, checked on anything she did not know for sure on the spot, and the Allstate quote was among the lowest for the coverage we wanted. Some of the quotes were from our banks, others private offices. Knowing Becky, and the Vargas organization were going to be the people we dealt with on a face-to-face basis sold the deal. They want our business and they will work to keep it. They have a reputation in the small community we are in and to make money they have to provide service. Becky did, getting back to me with answers in a few minutes sometimes. I highly recommend her and the agency she works for.
