The worker are very helpful when it's comes down for a birthday theme
Ordered a Jason Voorhees mask online. Got it today and it literally looked like a floppy paper plate with elastic glued to it. POOR QUALITY. So I call this store. At 9:15 am on a wednesday morning (so they may not be as busy) get put on hold immediately by a rude associate. Stayed on the phone for 15 mins and eventually hung up. Called back it rang 20 times no one picked up. Called a third time and someone picked up only to tell me rudely that I needed to hold because I had customers before me. Guess amazon will be getting my business from now on.

Love this store for most celebrations! However, they advertise for 70,80,90,100th birthdays and have nothing! I don't want to put stickers on colorful posters. I want to buy black decorations that have 70 already on them. Why stop at 60?!? Something to consider.
