That is the worst place ever. The girl that assisted me said she recommends Sheri's berries to her customers to keep from being busy she didn't want to work. Her and a guy with dreads did not wear a hair net both of them look nasty and was rude and the prices were ridiculous I will never ever go there again. I wood have gave -5 stars if I could. That place should do all of us a favor and close there doors forever. The 5 star reviews have to be from the employees or manager or from someone that is out of there freaking mind. I'm so damn discussed!!!!!!!!
This edible arrangement will give you the run around again and again until you have to send someone there to pick up the arrangement that was SUPPOSED to be delievered 4 days ago! You are better off going to the store and buying the stuff to make your own arrangement. At least then will you get what you want, when you want. The customer service at this location is a freaking joke! Save your money for something else! And from the looks of the other reviews of this location I should've known better!

Spoke with Jenny at Enterprise location in Lynchburg. Extremely professional and helpful! I have no doubt my order will be delivered on time and will be excellent quality. She knows I am counting on her since I am an out of state client.
I have used this company for 3 years to delver Birthday and Mother's day arrangements. As of today I will no longer deal with this Edible Arrangements. Every year the arrangement has been delivered late. I have to call to see why the order hasn't been sent to the receiver. 2/21/14 was the icing on the cake when an employer laughed at the fact that I was calling to see why the order hadn't been delivered.
I attempted to place an order for chocolate covered strawberries at 6:15 pm and was told that it was "a little late," the store which closes at 7 btw. I don't understand having store hours if you are not going to be able to serve until your store closes. She stated that it would take 30 minutes to complete the order but that she had already started cleaning the station... I'm disappointed that I was unable to put in an order. Shame...
