I have been to this store on multiple occasions and not on a single one of those were they ever able to repair, replace, or help me in any way, shape, or form. An mind you this is after waiting in line for an hour just speak to someone.
Been going to this location for years. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. I always ask for Olivia to help me. My only knock is they never seem to have the phone I want in stock and thus have to order it, hey but at least then the activation fee goes on the next months bill. I reccomend this store to all who value attentive and courteous assistance.
