Low on integrity. Just bought a pair of shorts for $12 on Wednesday. Took the tag off, but still had it. Tried to return on Friday. They wouldn't accept it because the tag was off. They said I could re-sell it for 36% ($4.32). While I was looking at other shorts, they entered it into their computer and offered me $2.12. What happened to 36%?? Well, whoever entered the original price of $12 did it wrong as they entered the jean shorts as denim instead of shorts and it should've been $6. But you see that wasn't my fault, so I paid $12, so I would like $4 to re-sell. But the computer says..... You just lost a customer! I'll pay a little more money for more integrity. Also, they don't accept petites.
This Plato's Closet is so much nicer than the Christiansburg and Roanoke ones. They have a really good selection of clothes and the inside of the store is very clean and organized. The only complaint is that the inventory seemed a little low (they didn't have very many shoes.)

Great store, excellent customer service! I am always greeted with smiles and the employees are extremely helpful and pleasant. I have read some of the reviews on here that are negative and it's sad because people don't understand the very simple policies that the store follows on buying clothes. Don't be fooled by the negativity on some reviews, I have gotten hundreds of dollars worth of name brand clothing for cheap. Go check it out!!!
rudest employees ever, worst service i've ever dealt with in public. the girls don't acknowledge you when you come in and you will stand at the register waiting to be helped until they finish their personal conversations.
