11/29/2017** Worth Reading**
Phase 2;
When we arrived, there was a note on the door saying they were closed... at 7:30pm on a Wednesday. We were shocked to say the least.
-With a staff of 2 (manager as server, and head chef in the kitchen) served us a 3 course meal.
-Turned on the lights, heat, and kitchen.
We. Were. Shocked... anniversary dinner plans and a 45 minute drive for Night Ending news. BRUTAL.
If this does not speak for customer service, nothing does.
-Opened their doors to us.
5 star review, because they deserve it for honoring a reservation despite their operation handicap.
-Treated is with curtesy, and did not rush us whatsoever.
Amazing place to see live concerts! The food is great and good price. Good drinks as well.
I've been here for a few shows such as Mushroomhead and Avatar. Actually this is the first concert venue I ever went to. I love this place. Some relatively large bands come through but, the concerts always seemed personable because of the size and location of Phase 2.
Made reservations several days in advance, drove 45 minutes to get to the restaurant.
From the parking lot we call and someone answered, and explained that they were having all new POS systems in their business, and the installer was unable to finish the job, so they were forced to close due to not being able to function the business without them. Because all you leave for a reservation is your name and party size, nobody had a number to call us and let us know.
The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the company that partners with the venue "L******** Con*erts" parted with one of their employees without communicating important booking info properly. My kids forwarded me a confirmation email from L******** Con*erts stating they were to open for Kix last weekend "One of their favorite bands!" -- But when they called 2 weeks prior to obtain the show itinerary "L******** Con*erts" stated their band wasn't on the bill and the show was already booked. I'm sorry but I've been working in the entertainment industry for 30 years and have never had an issue like this without correcting it. Plus, everyone in my office shares the same info so we don't overlook something. I feel bad because the kids were heartbroken -
